1 lb Mushrooms, white, thinly sliced. *You can add shiitake mushrooms  with the white mushrooms (optional)

1 Small - Medium size onion, diced

1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 tsp Onion powder

Salt & Pepper to Taste. *I use Himalayan Salt
