Do what makes you feel good everyday! (or at least try to do it everyday). I love painting my nails.  For some reason it just relaxes me!  So, every three days, before I go to bed...I paint my nails!  I love it! So pick something to do that may relax you...whether this be watching a movie, writing in your journal or even taking a nice bubble bath...try to do it everyday! :-)
